Overhead gym lights never do much for me. This gives you that one good angle where everything actually pops.

Simple thing but it makes a crazy difference in photos. Been using it for progress pics mostly

Wasn’t expecting the light to make this much difference. Took a few shots in my room and the definition actually showed up for once.

Usually my back just disappears in photos. Had this on the floor behind me and suddenly every line started showing.
